Pioneer Student Leadership Academy (PSLA) is a two-week residential leadership and long-term mentoring program for undeserved and underrepresented college students.

Objectives Are To:
- Provide leadership and workforce readiness skills to these students who otherwise may have proportional access to traditional leadership "training grounds".

- Provide these students with long-term mentorship opportunities with corporate sponsors and leaders.

- Produce a Pioneers In Education Family Network of volunteers, sponsors, presenters, mentors and students - all committed to the professional growth of these students.
