Academy Mentoring

Dear Dr. Mullen:
Mike,
I hope this email finds you well. On behalf of the students, sponsors, and staff let me thank you again for your enormous support and for being a part of the PSLA Mentoring Network.

Michael Barron and Cheidu Oditar request you as their mentor. They are all copied on the email and will contact you shortly. As a mentor, we need your assistance in:

  • Providing guidance and assistance
  • Monitoring progress of your mentee(s)
  • Assisting your mentee(s) with expanding their network
  • Providing quarterly feedback to Pioneers in Education leadership.

To assist you in this critical role, we mailed you a PSLA Mentor Handbook along with a PSLA Student Handbook to your mentee(s). Hopefully these will help develop a great mentor/mentee relationship and mentoring plan. Also please visit our web site: www.pioneersineducation.org for a program update.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments on making this experience better for you and your mentee. Thank you for your continued support
and assistance. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Sincerely,
COL (Ret) Jim Paige
